Those odds apply to all UK roulette tables, the same odds also apply to roulette games on machines across the UK in amusement arcades and bookies but these games aren't giving a number out at random upon each spin, they're actually generating a winning or losing spin, just like a fruit machine would. When ready to pay they'll happily give you 3 or 4 best paying spins but they can easily to 3 or 4 times as many losing spins, and when they aren't ready to pay out you can really tell, covering 30+ numbers will still give you a losing spin.
